ONLINE GAMES

Today, I read an article which named"physical interpersonal Relationships and social anxiety among online game players"(Lo, Wang, Fang, 2005). In this article, according to many experiments, experts have shown that people who are addictive on playing online games have less fullfilling interpersonal relationships than people who are nonplayer or only spend only a few time on it. Morover, those heavy players have higher levels of social anxiety than others who don't addictive on playing online games.According to research, authors express that a significant percentage of teenageers who are the heavy users of online games have many serious social problems, such as they waste too much time on playing online games instead of attending school or scholl-related activities, some teenageers imitate the violent or destructive behaviours from the games.many things can trigger people's social anxiety, such as losing job, losing house, losing friends.......some people think they can't solve these problems or they would rather to find another way than coping with problems, such us playing online games in order to aviod problems.In the online games, people can do what they want, they don't need to have responsibilities as in the real world. However, authors explain that many personal factors which players create and desire to reach lose the meaning in the online games, such us socioeconomic status, physcial attractiveness, education level, social class.In the future, researcher expect that they could more understanding the potential shifts in real -world interpersonal relationships and social anxiety with playing online games. Morover, they could find out the limit of playing online games which causes an increase in social anxiety.

Finally it's down....... During the hole process, I learned a lot, in terms of how to do it and what kind of meterials are requaired in order to write the aspect of it. At first I don't know how to find a reliable sources, after learning from the lab,(first time went to English lab. Acctully I'm very luck. maybe first weekend I did not do too much, because I couldn't find many book about my topic, but the teacher who are work in the library, gave me a lot of help, so I can find many inforation about my topic. Also i get many ideas from my teacher, so I have time for my correction, fix mistake, and also very relax during others hard work time. maybe this is what i need after I went to university. The most important I learn from this is reference list. I will do a lot of papers after I go into universityI think this is the most important skills to use in university.Also I mad a lot of mistakes during this paper. what I willdo is that I will start to read what I write after I finish writing.concedered that grammer mistakes. Overall , I enjoy this process very much , and what I espect is do another research project in this level(kidding).

Animal right~Nowadays,it's a very convertral discussion!Now~it's our topic in the class..hehe...it's going interesting, we read many articles by different people with different postions~~SOME people think human have the right to "own" animals! SOMEN people believe that animals should have the same right as human's and people should stop the animal researches!!!ah~~it's really hard for me to chose which side I should be!really! at first I agree with use animals to research, but now I change my mind, I love animals....i think sometimes it's unfair for those animals that were studies buy human researchers.However, to be a human being~I can understand the patients and their families....they want the researches could find the treatments for their dieases~!Morthers don't want to lose their children, sisters don't want to lose their brothers, young chridren don't want to lose their partents..........if u and me in this situation, what will u choose? ur familiy member's life or animal's? It's so hard..........

learning second language

In my opinion, the most important factor that affects proficiency of second language learning is when you start contact the english environment. That means the earlier start, the more proficiency you have. I think the more English people around you that makes you fully with the English in your mind and you talk more. Therefore that makes the person improve a lot especially in speaking.
However, I also thinking right now. The writing skill affects proficiency a lot. Each time, when I begin to write I always fell a little bit scare because I only have one chance to explain my ideas and sometimes the grammar mistake can make people misunderstand you especially in exam.

Lecture report

The lecture our group went to listen is “Does money change the way we create?” There are two guests in the lecture, first girl her name is Emilie Monnet, she is a multidisciplinary artist who has worked in Canada, Europe and Latin America. She often works in collaboration with Ondinnok, an aboriginal theatre company, and is also an organizer for artivistic, a collective that explores the relationship between art and activism. Over the last several years, she has been involved with a variety of projects that aim to build bridges among the native peoples of the American. Her mother is an Algonquin and her father is French, she grew up living in both the Outaouais region of Québec and Bretagne, France. Another guest her name is Gullaine Royer, she spent ten years training in the musical arts at the Charleville-Mezieres conservatory for music and dance. She later earned university degrees in contemporary history and performing arts management. Since 2005, Guilaine has worked at MAI (Montreal, arts interculturels), an organization that seeks to present and promote contemporary intercultural artistic practices.
During the lecture those two girls share their own experience with audience. First, girl Monnet, she work for the government, her job is to help artist and assist their problem. Before she also have bankroll problem when she do the art, but she gets help from other people and government. So today she helps other artist have same problem as her. The second girl she also is a artist, before she don’t have enough money and time to do with her arts, because she have to work to earn money to support her basic life. But she gets many help from government too and also she fined some artist have same problem as her, they could work together, sell their production and perform to earn money. Both of them were encountered similar problem, but they tried to help themselves and also they get many help from the government. So as a result, the way artist created art was changed by the money.
There are around 20 people in the lecture, and the lecture was hold in a coffee shop many of them are artist. During the lecture, the guests talk their opinion and gave example from their own. The audience can easy understand. After the guests talk we have a long time to talk with other audience to share our opinions. The reason is many listeners are have similar problems as the guests, so they talk a lot of reasons and gave many examples. The environment is very comfortable and we can easy to understand. So we are having a good time in the lecture.Finally, the main point about the lecture is “the relationship between money and art”. We know the money and art cannot discerption, because artists are same as other people, they need money to life and support their arts. In the lecture some people think money can change the way we create, some people are not, every people have their own opinions. But in my opinions I think nobody can live without money, so artists can do their arts and get a part job for themselves, also the government should gave more help to artists, can will help them to create the arts.

Population

According to Official data which was done in 2003 china have the highest population all over the world which was 1.3billion people(1306280000) not include HongKong area. People among my age only have one child because of "one child policy"in china. Acctully I want have two children if I can . when I in the metro system in the city of Beijing , It is so croud and I can't move at all. Beijing has more than 1 3million people.For normal people the only thing just can afford there basic needed and also for education. There are two extreme life in china, For thos who are millions or billions they enjoy the lexury life, but for those who are poor only can support for living.There are significant population shift from rural area to urbanarea because of education for next genoration and also qulaity life . The consequences of this are bring huge amout people leave their place where their family lives for hundreds of yearsand also left a lot of land which were used for farming.In my opinion population growth bring us many disadvantages we need to do something to control this problem.
